Course Access & Duration
Upon completing the automated payment process, students can log into the course content of 20 modules for 8 weeks, and within that time need to complete all associated multichoice quizzes, exercises and an inventory assignment.
Successful completion of the course means that you have learnt the necessary skills and background knowledge to produce a professional standard of property inventory.
As yet, there is no formal qualification required in order to become an inventory clerk - the ICTC course delivers essential foundation training for anyone needing to learn how to make a professional standard of property inventory. There are various accreditation schemes available for inventory clerks - most of these require previous experience. Any prospective inventory clerk would benefit from first completing the course "How To Make An Inventory", and gaining some experience, before aiming to pass one of the accreditation exams.
The ICTC Certificate will be issued to students who have worked through the course content and associated tests, and have submitted an assignment inventory which in the opinion of your online tutor, is fit for purpose in today's UK lettings market.
Hello, my name is Pauline, and I am the online tutor for the course "How To Make An Inventory". I am available to answer questions and provide feedback on assignments.
As an experienced inventory clerk with AIIC and APIP training, I have produced and dealt with hundreds of inventory reports in the course of my work.
I have also conducted on-site practical training for inventory clerks, along with carrying out quality control on reports for a large inventory clerk franchise company.
When students send me their assignment inventories, I check the whole document and give detailed advice on any areas needing improvement - as well as giving praise when deserved!
Only those reports which adhere to the high standards explained and demonstrated throughout the course qualify for the ICTC Certificate, together with the necessary pass mark from the multichoice Final Test.
The ICTC course is unique in offering personal feedback and advice on your inventory work. I look forward to helping you gain this valuable skill.
